The Mobile SDK comprises two main sets of functionality: the ability to communicate and operate a SCiO Sensor, and the ability to communicate with the SCiO Cloud.

The ScioDevice class enables the app to retrieve readings and get event notifications, such as when the SCiO Sensor’s button is pressed.

The ScioCloud class is responsible for all communication with the SCiO Cloud. It enables your SCiO application to authenticate and query the SCiO Cloud.
