Are multiple scans for the same sample averaged before used to build the model or are they treated independently?
Dear Omar,
Each scan taken by SCiO is treated independently.
The tools available in SCiO lab web application, allow you to either filter out invalid scans or delete them.
Using the pre-process methods, mathematical algorithms can be applied on the whole spectrum (after it was filtered using the wavelength and the attributes filtering tools)
