Login Problem

Hi,

I am using the Android sample scio application to test my model, however it is not recognizing my username and password when I login.

It used to but now it doesn’t even though I can successfully login online using these credentials?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are you still facing login problems?

Can you specify if the problem occurred in SCiO lab web app or in SCiO lab mobile app only?
