Failed to analyze scan?

I am not sure whether this is the correct thread for this question, but I’ve been received a notice “Failed to analyze scan: This data collection was created using a different version of SCiO. Please use the correct version, or create a new data collection.”  This occurred moments after I created the data collection.  Does anyone know what this error means?  Regards!

Hi,

 

Only one version of SCiO can be used in a single collection when creating a model and collecting data – either 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2.

You should make sure that you define the data collection with the correct SCiO Version.
