I’m interested in determine nutrition facts in sauce (soy sauce and fish sauce). How feasible it is by using SCiO device?
Also, I assume this type of experiment requires an add-on for SCiO to be able to scan liquid. Can I have a time frame/anticipation of when will this add-on become available so that I can plan ahead with the lab?
