Hi everybody, I’ve downloaded raw spectrum and I’ve been testing models in matlab and python using Support Vector Regression with features selected from multiple process, I’ve trained(calibrated) and tested with repeated crossvalidation technique, and I’ve achieved much more acurate results and performance of the models in new data. However I’m not able to develop an application because it is not yet possible to replicate the optimized algorithms parameters in SCiO Lab. I hope you allow more control over parameters and algorithms for instance been able to write code to develop the model instead of doing it graphically.

    :good:

Thank you very much for your reply, but I also should have a few questions
    1. You have mentioned the raw spectral data can be only exported using our Researcher license. This means I can’t get the original spectrum?Researcher license, can I get?
    2. When I was watching online guidance, the define a date collection, import/export meta – date this one, said data can be downloaded from the upper right corner of the export button, but why I clicked on is no reaction, some import has a reaction.
    3. I need the data in the attachment, is there any way to get?

    Hi,

What is the researcher license? The worker? My task is to analyze the fruit sugar by the data measured by the spectrometer. I need to model the data to graduate, help me. Thanks!
