    Thanks!

If you don’t have anything animated then a photo (that you approve using in my app) would also do.

    Much appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Hi Ayelet,

Thank you for your quick aswer.

If its a format problem, I”ll be very happy to recieve from you an example file that works, which I can overwrite on. If you have a CSV file like that, the problem could be solved quicly.

About the deletion : I tried several times the delete option, but nothing happens after I write “tomato” and  enter “delete”. You can see at the attached file. It stays like this until I close the window.

    Regards,

    Mali

    Hi Ayelet,

This problem accured in 2 of our collections. The latest is named Tomato 1.2 (copy), and I attached the CSV file here for you to see. It was first made in excel and than saved as a CSV. I built it by your visual example, though I didn’t quite understand the explenation about comma separation. One more question: I tried unsuccesfully to delete one of my collections (Tomato 1.2). Can I do it?

    Thanks,

    Ruby

    Hi,

In one collection I tried unsuccessfully inserting values after scanning via importing meta-data (a CSV file).

Can I do it or is it unaccessible for me?

    Thanks,

    Ruby

To wrap this up: This was a problem with one of the models created. CP are still investigating what happened which caused it. Deleting and recreating the model solved the problem for us.

    More info:

    1. This is only happening in some of the collections

    2. This also happens when using the SCIO Lab

    3. The error in the SCIO lab is one of two:

    a. “Scan upload failed”. “The request timed out”.

    b. “Scan upload failed”. “Something went wrong. Please try again later”

Thanks for getting back to me on this. I’ll wait for a new SDK version.

Will the new version also provide a way to use the SDK with federated login? I’d like to use my own login provider for my users.

BTW, it may be just me but I don’t get notifications on replies in the forum. I’m just mentioning that in case it’s a global issue for other users as well.

    Cheers,
