    Hi,

We’d like to start scanning liquids (wine and cider) ahead of the liquid holder’s release.  What wavelength specifications should we look for in a cuvette?  Do you have any recommendations for disposable cuvettes?

Since SCIO records from 740nm to 1070nm, optical glass that typically works between 320nm and 2600nm should be OK.

    Hi,

we are also looking to scan liquids, did you get good results by using cuvettes?

    Thank you.

You can use nearly every cuvette you want. As mentioned above, normal optival glass works but also PS (Polystrene) should be fine.

Be careful not to use thick layers or nearly black liquids as the total light is absorbed and your results get bad.
