Is there any way to export the scan data (as e.g. a CSV) from SCiO Lab?

    Hi shivak,

This feature is only available for SCiO Researchers via SCiO Researcher Toolkit.

If you would like to upgrade, please contact us at support@consumerphysics.com

    Hi Ayelet,

Is there somewhere where we can see what the additional features in the Researcher Toolkit are? My google-fu is failing me on this…

    Best,

    Otto

    Hi Otto,

In fact this is the only additional feature that the Researcher Kit provides.

The raw spectra can be downloaded as CSV or JSON file.

    Hi Ayelet,

Thank you for the quick reply.

The toolkit wouldn’t by any chance also allow for also importing spectra? That would otherwise be useful for reshuffling pre-existent collections and sharing scans…

    Hi Ayelet,

Is the raw spectra exportable for any one? or only for researcher account?

    @ Jeanrochmeuni:
Raw spectra download is only possible with a Researcher account, and is the only difference between Developer and Researcher levels.

I have a big database with thousands of scans in my company lab  (years working with others IRs). Can I import that database to my Scio Lab collections?

    Hi,

Matching data that was taken by different devices is a complicated task.

At this point, our database does not support spectra created by any spectrometer besides SCiO.

We of course are aware of the many advantages that the usage of existing data has, but as we want to make sure that all the data is as accurate as possible, we prefer not to use any uncontrolled data at this point in time.

:negative: This difference will cost me $ 550? Incredible!!
