Problems adding scans

I’m not sure this is the place to ask this but maybe someone can help.

 

Is anyone else having problems adding scans to a previously scanned sample ? I can create a new sample and add as many scans as I like and they all upload properly but when I go back later and try to add a scan – I get a file upload error. Bad request (400).

 

I’ve logged out and back in, restarted Phone and Scio.  It is going to be difficult to build a good model if we can’t rescan samples.

I got this error. Add a unit less number field to your model such as sample number. Make sure every sample is unique by incrementing this number or making sure it is different. This should solve your problem. I believe the bug is going to be fixed in the next software release.
