Despite the cold weather, I’ve been collecting data points on many different kinds of foods we farm here in Western Pennsylvania. Our plan is to also develop soil models and use the combination to add the right fertilizer (and microbial) balance to increase the nutritional density of our crops. Before SCIO I only used Brix, and we were seeing over 2x higher numbers between or crops and other regional grown items.
