It is generally accepted and scientifically proven that the ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 in the western diet has grown almost exponentially, with serious harm to human health as a result of inflammatory processes linked to the spread of cancer (breast, prostate, colon ).

The milk is the basis of dairy products and the second terminal together with the livestock meat.  It is therefore very important in my opinion that we can determine easily the composition of the fatty  acidic  Omega-3 and Omega-6 milk, because the choice between healty fatty acid profiles is a real fact, depending on what kind of Omega (6  &  )  have ingested the cows.

SCIO is fit for this purpose ..

Yet to read the milk you must first freeze at -10-20 ° C. In this way, the reading is much more secure, and the sound signal strong.

I just have a model to predict the n-3, n-6 and the n-6 / n-3 in frozen milk.

Because a few milliter of milk are required thus an application to human milk is easily predictable: remember that the fatty acids Omega-3 are the basis of development of nerve tissue in the fetus and lactated babies, so each nurser  could be very easily .informed and monitored about nutrient value of the excreted milk.

    Hi Giorgio

We are very interested in this. What Model fitness R2/RMSE did you manage to achieve? Do you have a verified set of testing results?

    Thanks

That’s strange since 100g of cow whole milk has 0.075g Omega3 and 0.12g Omega6 well below Scio’s detection limit of 1%. Unless we are talking about fortified milk.
