Mobile app login workflow

Hi there,

 

We are a company interested in developing app with SCiO, we already have the DevKit. What is not very clear to us is the mobile app workflow, related to the SCiO login.

 

If we correctly understood, currently is not possible to have a different user database for login: a SCiO login is mandatory.

 

If a SCiO user is a “normal user” (no researcher or dev) can access to a model made by another user in a custom mobile app?

 

This will be improved in a future update of the SDK?

Hi,

 

Our Consumer app users will have access to Consumer Physics applets. At the near future, they will not have access to models or applets created by developers or researchers.

However, adding applets inside our app is in our roadmap.

 

Developers will be able to publish their applications either privately or by using the Consumer Physics platform, so that their applets will be displayed as part of SCiO Consumer app.
