I am wondering what the minimum specification of android devices is?

In the google play store I can download the SCiO Lab software in to a Nexus 7, as well as to a Motorola G, however my Asus FonPad 7 cam now download the software.

I get the message, “Your Device is not compatible with this version”-

The device is running Android 5 (so I don’t think that is the issue) and has Bluetooth, could that be issue?)

Any help knowing what specifications are necessary would be appreciated.

    Many thanks.

“Bluetooth Low Energy” hardware is required in mobiles using the system. Updating the mobile’s software cannot change its hardware. So, if your mobile has plain-old bluetooth..it will not work with the SCiO.

As mentioned, Bluetooth Low Energy is indeed required.

Notice that our website and the on-line guide details all of the relevant technical information and product documentation about SCiO.
