    There is no way I’m going to experiment with my only SCiO, but the orange charging cable looks just like 10 other cables I have.  The orange one is a little short.

     

    Is there really something special about it?

    I have charged SCiO with my phone cable – no explosions yet. I love the orange cable – it is so easy to find amongst all the black ones! My daughter thinks it is only for the SCiO, which means it does not vanish into her purse like the others.
