Hangups

Sorry if this is already posted elsewhere.  I get frequent hangups on my android phone during data collection – for example, having taken a sample, I hit ‘done’, the app leaves the spectrum page and hangs up on the sample list page that has ‘test model’  and ‘+’ at the bottom (rotating circle in the center of the screen).  I have to close the app and re-open to get going again.  What is causing this?

Hi,

By pressing ‘done’, the application reloads the new scans. The process might be corrupted due to some kind of connection problems (Internet, Wifi).

The issue was improved in the last version.

Please make sure you use the most updated version, you may update via the app store.
